Shipping & Warranty

The durability of Vertex Premier Products which include the following patterns: Crystal Bay, Palm, Alpine*Grass Valley, Sausalito, & Kentfield are assured by a one year warranty against edge chipping of flat items which consist of round plates, saucers and oval platters under normal usage conditions from the date of delivery. We will replace any pieces returned and found to be defective with identical or equivalent pieces on a one to one basis.

This warranty does not cover breakage, or chipping caused by abnormal or abusive usage. Vertex China reserves the right to determine whether or not the chipping is from normal usage.

*Note: Alpine warranty excludes Item No. AL-98 Coupe Plate 8 1/8”.

A copy of your dated invoice must accompany claims. All merchandise must be returned to Vertex to be inspected. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. No collect shipments will be accepted. Please allow two weeks for examination of products once the claim is approved then replacements will be sent prepaid by Vertex.
