Do your products have lead?

All Vertex products are LEAD FREE and FDA approved.

Are all lines oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe?

All of our ceramic porcelain products are oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.

Can dishes be put on the stovetop?

No.

What does "Vitrified" mean?

Fully vitrified ceramics have undergone a complete transformation and have a water absorption rate of less than 0.5%. This makes them extremely strong, durable, and suitable for heavy-duty use in commercial settings.

Do you produce custom decorations?

Yes. You may contact cs@vertexchina.com

What does MTO mean?

Make to order. The product is made when the order is placed. All our decorated orders are MTO.

Shipping/Ordering Questions

Where do you ship?

Our merchandise is shipped from our distributor or factory warehouses located in Los Angeles, New Jersey, and Shenzhen, China.

What is your free freight policy?

US$2,500.00 net order freight prepaid on undecorated items within 48 states of U.S.A. Dealer warehouse only.

What is the minimum order?

Minimum $150.00 net. There will be US$25.00 charge for orders under US$150.00 net.

Are samples available? Is there a cost to me for the samples?

Yes. The sample usually is free, except if it is custom artwork. For samples going overseas, we require customers to pay the freight. You may e-mail your inquiry to orders@vertexchina.com or fax to 909-622-3600.

What is the standard lead-time?

We ship most orders complete within 48 hours.

When will new items be available?

We are always developing new items. If you are interested in a large quantity of a special item, we will be happy to discuss your needs.

Can restaurant owners buy direct?

Vertex is available through a worldwide network of distributors. Large national chain accounts should speak to Mr. Craig Foy, our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, who will discuss distribution options. at:
