Initial Quote
Pricing for custom items will depend on the design and colors
Digital Rendering
Vertex China generates a digital rendering, which will allow you the ability to make quick alterations if necessary
Production Sample
We send physical cold press samples for review upon request
Delivery
Your custom dinnerware is delivered with short lead times and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- 12 dozen minimum per item
- Art work must be 1:1 scale at 300dpi or higher In resolution
- Color codes
- Trademark authorization
- Placement of logo/design
- 50% deposit to start production
- Artwork set up fees vary based on design from $150.00 to $250.00
- Product shipped from Pomona, California / Free freight program does not apply.
All custom orders are subject to a 10% overage or shortage of ordered quantity. A 50% deposit is required when placing the purchase order, and/or a purchase agreement must be signed. There are no exchanges or returns on custom items.
