The durability of Vertex London is assured by a lifetime warranty against edge chipping of flat items, which consist of round plates, saucers and oval platters under normal usage conditions from the date of delivery. We will replace any pieces returned and found to be defective with identical or equivalent pieces on a one to one basis.

This warranty does not cover breakage, or chipping caused by abnormal or abusive usage. Vertex China reserves the right to determine whether or not the chipping is from normal usage.
